The situation has been restored at Proximus side. Porting are again possible.
Dear customer, dear partner,
Please note that Proximus noticed us that they are currently running into technical problems to accept and execute number porting.
In consequence, we highly suggest you to postpone your inbound porting in case the donor is Proximus.
This affects only Proximus numbers. Other donors are not concerned, and porting IN can be executed without any issue in this case.
We will let you know when the situation will be back to normal.
