Please note that our technical team will perform a maintenance on 10.06.2021 as from 9.00 PM on Internet access infrastructure.

 

The goal of this maintenance is to test redundancy of our international broadband infrastructure.

 

During this timeframe, you may felt disconnections on xDSL services as well as on BGP sessions.

No intervention is needed from your side.

Impact: Few minutes interruption of service on Cloud Firewall services

 

Dear customer, dear partner,

 

Please note that our technical team will perform a maintenance on 08.06.2021 as from 10.00 PM on internet/cloud firewall (Fortigate) infrastructure.

 

The goal is to extend our Firewall cluster in Belgium.

 

During this timeframe, internet access lines having a cloud firewall feature will be disconnected for few minutes.

No intervention is needed from your side.
